Rule 145
Notice of Proposal for Reduction of Expenses
Members who wish to present a proposal to reduce the amount of expenses under any heading should do so after the theoretical discussion on the Appropriation Bill is over. When giving notice in this way, a single notice can be given on behalf of a party or an independent member in a ministry.
